Vegan Boston Pizza Trip
The menu is dreadful for vegetarians and especially vegans. I had sweet potato fries, and a spinach, onion, red pepper, and something else, salad. Delicious! Especially the fries. Sick Day.
Is today apparently, because I couldn’t make it through my 1.5 hour workout at the gym. Most likely because of a combo of an exhausting workout on Friday (beyond my limits), and this sickness. I still pushed through my pilates, and will be doing yoga later. I’ve called in sick to work for tomorrow, which I feel terrible about, but I’m scared if I don’t rest I’ll miss...

I'm getting a cold, and I'd really rather not...
I have my birthday coming up, an 8 hour shift tomorrow and a 1.5 hour workout to do today. Crap. Solution: for dinner I had Vitamin C soup (bell peppers and kale) and about 4 oranges with a dessert of 5 strawberries. Hopefully this storm of Vitamin C will make a difference Best believe I’m working out today despite the sniffles.

Update.
I’ve discovered that: I get really irritable if I haven’t exercised I get really grumpy if I’m not allowed to pee when I want In new news, the 1 month mark to my vegan weightloss is next Friday! I get to see how much weight I can lose with a healthy plant-based diet and cardio, pilates and yoga exercise. Whooaaa, too excited.
