Update.
I’ve discovered that:
- I get really irritable if I haven’t exercised
- I get really grumpy if I’m not allowed to pee when I want
In new news, the 1 month mark to my vegan weightloss is next Friday! I get to see how much weight I can lose with a healthy plant-based diet and cardio, pilates and yoga exercise. Whooaaa, too excited.
