I’m getting a cold, and I’d really rather not…
I have my birthday coming up, an 8 hour shift tomorrow and a 1.5 hour workout to do today. Crap.
Solution: for dinner I had Vitamin C soup (bell peppers and kale) and about 4 oranges with a dessert of 5 strawberries. Hopefully this storm of Vitamin C will make a difference
Best believe I’m working out today despite the sniffles.
