30 minutes treadmill

Guise. I went hard on the treadmill cause I wasn’t sure about the speed on the machine (long story) and then at 30 minutes my legs were jello, and I wanted to crawl into a ball and sweat and sleep and throw up. Long story short, I just came home. I had work after so I couldn’t exactly make up for it. Although I am going to this Saturday just to keep on schedule. I think I’m doing pretty well.
I think the reason why I haven’t lost any actual recorded weight is because of my diet. I think Im eating way more than I actually should. So, I’m going on a raw cleanse, green smoothies and raw munchies for a week, and I’ll weigh myself at the end. I think that was the real reason.
I have a deadline to make. Shit.
